I don't know of a DTP alternative for a MAC and I have not read of any of them that would open a PC version of a Publisher file. You could run a PC version of Publisher via Parallels or an alternative virtualization. It states this fact right on the page where you downloaded the MAC version of Office. Never has been and I doubt there ever will be. Sorry, there is no version of Publisher or Access that will run on a MAC. I can transfer them through Dropbox, but I don't have anything that will open them for edit. My Publisher files are on my old Dell laptop running XP and Office Professional 2003. It looks like Publisher doesn't come with the Home version subscription, but I don't know why not. I have Office 360 Home subscription on a Mac desktop.
